Waiting in Vain

Wokey.. These are the facts your should know about selling of PGI (PanGlobal Insurance)
.... more or less is like these lahh...

The exact transaction is disposal of Insurance businesses to TMIM (Tokio Marine Insurance Berhad).....
meaning : TMIM not buying the whole company.... senang cakap they just take whatever related to insurance businesses..... in this case clearly noted emplyoyees is not part of the business itself... they are categorized as assets to the company or liabilities perhaps..... wakakkakka......smi...

to make this transaction realise.... they must get 3 approval ...

1st is from BNM (Bank Negara Malaysia).... harus lah sebab insurance licencing is under their jurisdiction....

2nd is to get "Vested Order" from court..... ini pun harus sebab vested order nih lebih kurang macam memindahkan liabilities from one parties to another... (from PGI to TMIM).... so lepas nih kalau ada claim atau apa-apa problem related to insurance policy tuh kena refer to TMIM lahh......

3rd.... must get approval from SC (Security Commissioner)... Bursa Malaysia la nih.... Why SC involved ?? Sebab selling of PGI is part of PGB (PanGlobal Berhad) restructuring plan that was submitted to SC last 6 years as a plan for PGB to settle all their debts.....

So the whole idea of selling PGI is to settle PGB debts.... Why PGI, why not their others wholly own subsidiaries?..... smi.. dah tentu la sebab PGI is the most valueable company that they have!!! PGI have been running great (if not excellent) since the last 6 years.... even we can't compare the total productions to those big players in this insurance environment.... but I believed there are only few that can mantain the profitness as what we have did!!!

In less than a month PGI will officially withdrawn from malaysian insurance scenes...

Now you know lah why I'm so sentimental about this..........

But anyway....... hopefully TMIM will consider to offer me a place there...
kalau tak aku saman diorang...... hahahahahahahaha.......

Last but not least... we will try to exit the industry with pride....
